Holiday house

This fully self-contained house is suitable for 6 people. The back yard is fully fenced and has a gas BBQ. The house has 3 bedrooms and is perfect for families, with 2 queen size beds and a bunk bed. The large windows at the front of the house give a bright and breezy aspect. For those cold winter days an inbuilt heating system is also available. This is the place for the old-fashioned holiday: beach across the road, takeaway nearby, supermarket. Enjoy the fabulous water views as you relax on the deck. This house has a wonderful location, right across the road from the patrolled Malua Bay beach with Batemans Bay surf lifesaving club.

The best holidays are when you find everything in one spot...sheltered bay beaches perfect, surfing beaches with impressive breaks, world-class fishing, glorious green hills folded in the distance, great food, shops ranging from quirky to chic, great walks, country drives and more.

The house at Malua Bay is the place to make your holiday dreams come true, year after year.

Attractions

There are many things to do in Malua Bay and the surroundings areas. Malua Bay is one of the many lovely spots and is just 12kms south of the regional centre of Batemans Bay. Approximately 4 hours drive from Sydney or 2 hours from Canberra, it is perfectly placed to make the most of the many attractions of the south coast.

While a beach holiday is all about the beach, it is great to have the option of other things to see and do, if the weather is inclement or you need a break from the sun, then this holiday house is the perfect base for exploring all the other things to see and do. The area is also a great spot for fishing or golf.

Besides the patrolled beach just across the road with BBQ facilities and walking track, there are many other facilities to utilise. Tennis courts are just down the road. Malua Bay Bowling Club is about a 700m walk. Various other beaches like McKenzies and Garden Bay are close by.

A short drive away (12kms) is the charming village of Mogo which has an array of shops to browse through with local and handcrafted wares and pioneer village. Mogo Zoo is not far away and is well worth having a look at.

There are many fishing spots, bushwalking and 4WD tracks in the area. Pigeon House mountain is about an hour drive away. There are plenty of easy strolls throught the Clyde Valley or more challenging ones for the adventurous in the mmany national parks in the area.

Zip into Batemans Bay for more shops, as well as restaurants and cafes serving great food including the internationally renowned Clyde oysters. Batemans Bay is the largest town on the coast south of Nowra, yet it retains a relaxed and intimate feel.

Sit back and relax watching TV on the latest 42" LED TV or watch some DVD's from our DVD library supplied for use at the house, also with brand new carpet and furnishings this house has everything you need.

Don't worry about forgetting anything, the supermarket across the road can cater to your needs. If you don't feel like cooking, how about take away at the beach or try the bowling club down the road. There is also a butcher, newsagent and bottle shop for your convenience.
