Longbeach Beachfront Villas offer you a choice of 2 six bedroom villas both right on the beach. Each villa has a spacious living area upstairs and downstairs with a deck and patio to step out onto and enjoy the sea breezes. You can step out of your villas, stroll onto the beach and take a walk for miles along unspoilt beaches and inlets. Batemans Bay is less than 10 minutes drive away for restaurants and shops or you could just order takeaway and relax while you wait. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ give you the option of preparing your own meals too. We invite you to enjoy life on the beach.

We had a week at Longbeach Beachfront Villas over christmas 2005. We had 6 children from 10 to 17 & 6 adults. The accommodation was brilliant. There was plenty of room for everyone to escape. The villas were clean & a pleasure to stay in. We paid for our holiday over the year. Robyn Lack was very approachable and easy to contact when ever I had a question..but I shouldnt be telling you all this -it might make it harder for me to get into next time once you've all been there!
LocalityThe villas are situated at the end of a quiet cul-de -sac. No parties please.
All living areas overlook the beach with views accross the bay and out to the Tollgate Islands.
Long Beach is a safe swimming beach where dolphins often swim in close to play. There are great rock formations to explore above and below the water.
•Occupancy is given from 2:00pm on date of arrival. Maximum occupancy is for 12 people per 6 bedroom villa. As a general guide maximum occupancy is for 6 adults if there are no children in the group.

Six bedroom villa (sleeps 12) has an internal stairwell for access between upstairs and downstairs.
Upstairs has three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large open plan lounge/dining area with deck (BBQ on deck), two bathrooms and separate toilet.
Upstairs room configuration: One queen room (with ensuite), one queen room and one twin room with 2 single beds
Downstairs has three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchenette, large open plan lounge/dining area with patio and one bathroom with separate toilet.
Downstairs room configuration: One queen room, one twin room with 2 single beds and another twin room with 2 single beds.
Remember to bring your own linen, teatowels, toilet paper etc.
Linen can be hired for $20 per set including towel.
Each 6 bedroom villa has a double garage. Please restrict the number of cars to 2 if possible.
