This newly refurbished ground level townhouse has 3 bedrooms (one with queen bed, other two each with 2 singles), two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry, lock up garage and boat storage, entertainment areas with bbq. Situated right on the Clyde River where the newly established foreshore parkland provides boat ramp, undercover BBQ area and newly built playground. The beauty of this property is the scenic waterviews from your living area and the close proximity to the town centre. Relax by the swimming pool, have a fish or kyak off the private jetty, take a bike ride along the foreshore cycle path. With all this at your doorstep there'll be no need for the car until departure!

Batemans Bay is a popular coastal town 3 1/2 hours south of Sydney and under 2 hours from Canberra. Eurobodalla means "Land of Many Waters", and Batemans Bay is your first port-of-call being at the mouth of the magnificant Clyde River providing a water playground of kyaking, fishing, surfing and many other water sports. Surrounded by pristine beaches and waterways, Batemans Bay has much to offer. Explore secluded beaches and rocky headlands, go bushwalking or 4WDriving in our beautiful national parks. Visit the famous Mogo Zoo or experience life in the 1850's gold rush era at Old Mogo Town. Take a river cruise up the Clyde River to the historic town of Nelligan or go for a kayaking tour and learn all about our famous oysters. Heading south will take you through the farming community of Moruya, the historical town of Bodalla and on to Narooma, where you can enjoy a cruise to Montague Island Reserve with its historical lighthouse and experience the fur seals and penguins, endulge in fish and chips on the lake's foreshore or take an inlet cruise on a 100 year old electric ferry. 15 minutes south of Narooma takes you to the delightful crafty town of Tilba. This is all within an hour's drive from Batemans Bay!
