All living area is on the first floor overlooking the pool area. A small courtyard walks out to the swimming pool. With the Clyde River at the front and rear of the complex this is a most ideal situation for the fishing, kayaking or boating enthusiast. The new foreshore across the road offers a large park area with playground, BBQ and boat ramp facilities and just a 2 minute scenic walk will take you into the town centre.

Locality

Batemans Bay is a popular coastal town 3 1/2 hours south of Sydney and under 2 hours from Canberra. Eurobodalla means 'Land of Many Waters' and Batemans Bay is your first port of call being at the mouth of the magnificant Clyde River providing a water playground of kayaking, fishing, surfing and many other water sports. Surrounded by pristine beaches and waterways, Batemans Bay has much to offer. Explore secluded beaches and rocky headlands, go bushwalking on the many beautiful walking tracks in our national parks. Visit the famous Mogo Zoo or experience life in the 1850's goldrush era at Old Mogo Town. Take a river cruise up the Clyde to the historical town of Nelligen or go for a kayaking tour and learn all about our Clyde River oysters. Driving south will take you through the farming community of Moruya, the historical town of Bodalla and on to Narooma, where you can enjoy a cruise to Montague Island Reserve with its historical lighthouse and experience the fur seals and penguins, endulge in fish aned chips on the lake's forshore or take an inlet cruise on a 100 year old electric ferry. 15 minutes south of Narooms is the delightful crafty town of Tilba. This is all within an hours drive of Batemans Bay.
