Watch the sun rise from this absolute quality waterfront apartment with a brilliant view over the Clyde River as it enters the Pacific Ocean, three bedrooms two bathrooms. 1st Floor (21 stairs). Bed configuration 1 queen, one double and 2 singles. The main queensize bedroom has an ensuite and spa and overhead fan. The lounge/dining/kitchen is open plan and opens to a balcony across the front of the property. It is well furnished and equipped with all facilities. A full bathroom and laundry. There is a double lock up garage.

We do not believe this property is suitable for young children.

Locality

It is located on the Clyde River at the entrance to the Pacific Ocean, close proximity to the Catalina Golf and Country Club and a 10 to 12 minute walk to the Batemans Bay Centre and its many restuarants and facilities. A library, tennis and playing fields are close nearby. The Marina and Boat Launching Ramp is in close proximity. A short drive to the town of Mogo and its main attraction the Mogo Zoo and its many artifacts shops.
