Batemans Bay, New South Wales
This large 3 B/room house has been set up for a comfortable hol. any time of year, it is fully equipped and only a short drive to beaches,clubs,boat ramps and shopping centre.
"Our children (aged 2 and 3) really loved feeding the birds morning and evening and enjoyed playing in the garden. The house was situated in a very quite location and well away from the main road through town (ideal for our circumstances). With wonderful views and being immaculately clean and well presented we will definitely be back for another holiday. Our 10 nights went so quickly.

"What a beautiful place to stay. So clean, quiet, roomy, amazing views from the well appointed verandah which was child proof (great for my 2 yr old). On first night had mum and baby possum come for visit, kangaroos in the morning and a highlight was hand-feeding one of the many King Parrots that come to the verandah with the Lorikeets. Loved the bush all around. Unbeatable value for money. Sad to leave and can't wait to return.

"It was a beautifully presented home with 3 bed rooms which was fantastic as it meant our 2 teenagers could have their own space for a change. The natural bush surroundings were lovely and it was a short 2 minute drive into the CBD of Bateman's Bay. Didnt get to see the native birds up close but we know they were there because we could hear them and the seed we put out for them disappeared. It was a lovely stay. The only thing missing was a clothes dryer. That would have made things a little easier."

"We have never rented a holiday house before & the presentation of the house was spot on. Great sized rooms, clean & tidy inside even coat hangers! Every thing we needed was on hand in the house, right down to the clothes airer. Neat gardens and a great location for us. The bird life was wonderful. Kept the kids occupied for days. Would definietly rebook this house if the need arose. "
