This townhouse has 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed, second with 3 singles) and bathroom upstairs, full kitchen and laundry facilities, lounge/dining, second toilet downstairs with lock-up garage. The beauty of this unit is its scenic waterview of the bridge and boats on the magnificant Clyde River where the newly established foreshore parkland provides boat ramp, undercover BBQ area and newly built playground. Relax by the swimming pool, fish or kayak off the private jetty or take a bike ride along the foreshore cycle path. A 2 minute scenic walk along the promenade takes you to the town centre. Whatever you choose, you won't be needing the car until departure!

Locality

Batemans Bay is a popular coastal town 3 1/2 hours south of Sydney and under 2 hours from Canberra. Eurobodalla means 'Land of Many Waters', and the Bay is situated at the mouth of the magnificant Clyde River providing a water playground of kayaking, fishing, surfing and many other water sports. Surrounded by pristine beaches and waterways, Batemans Bay has much to offer the holidaymaker. Explore secluded beaches and rocky headlands, go for a scenic bush walk amongst our lush rainforests or take a river cruise up the Clyde to the historical town of Nelligen or a kyaking tour and learn all about our famous Clyde River oysters. Mogo Zoo, 10 km south, is well worth a visit or you may like to experience life in the 1850's gold rush era with a visit to Old Mogo Town. Driving on further will take you through the farming community of Moruya, the historical town of Bodalla and on to Narooma where you can enjoy a cruise to Montague Island Reserve with its historical lighthouse and experience the fur seals and penguins, endulge in fish and chips on the lake foreshore or take an inlet cruise. The delightful town of Tilba 15 minutes south of Narooma is well worth a visit. This is all within an hour drive from the Bay.
