Self-contained apartment

This thoroughly modern newly built Apartment complex is on the waterfront at San Remo and has views of the bridge that connects the mainland at San Remo to Phillip Island.

SLEEPING
The apartment sleeps 2 comfortably with a queen size bed in the main bedroom, and can accommodate a 3rd person with a single bed in an alcove off the main bedroom
AMENITIES
Spacious 6 foot long walk in shower (no bath). Wheelchair accessible.

WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY
All areas of the Apartment are easily accessible for a wheel chair. A disabled parking space is at the rear of the building and an elevator takes you up to the first level where the apartment is situated - no stairs at all to contend with!
NOTE: There are no hand rails in the bathroom to assist with mobility

The apartment has its own laundry and washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, wine rack... all the modern comforts.

PARKING
There is a very large car park in the rear of the building that can accommodate cars with boat trailers.
