Barwon 5, is a fantastic 3 bedroom unit in the heart of the main street in Barwon Heads suitable for up to 8 people. Situated 5 units back from the street ensures a quiet location. The unit is situated in the block with Ocean Shores (unit 4) and Rivershores (unit 6) all two bedroom units. Park the car and walk to the supermarket, beach, river, shops, restaurants, childrens' play ground, and all Barwon Heads has to offer. You will not find a better location in Barwon Heads.
Barwon 5 is two storey, with 2 queen double bedrooms and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks. These are supported by two large bathrooms, one with spa, and 3 toilets, lock up garage and car park at front door. Barwon 5 has 2 x tv, dvd, video, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, spa, barbeque, outdoor setting in private courtyard, for sunny summer barbeques, and electric heating for those chilly winter months.
