Classic beach holiday house in a perfect position with wonderful uninterrupted ocean and barwon river estaury views with just a touch of that retro fibro holiday house feel. Accommodation of 3 bedrooms, large living area taking in all the views large LCD TV Sound system, 2 decks BBQ big block with plenty of room for the kids to run around. Third bedroom acts as kids domain with extra TV Dvd video and bean bags. Outdoor shower with HOT water !

Split System Air-conditioning - Heating & Cooling

Also a cosy wood burning "Coonara" heater which is the
central winter hub for relaxing holiday conversations looking out to the view!!

Great position - Barwon Heads and beach side west of the main shops and a short stroll to the Ocean Grove patrolled surf beach 400 metres away. Air conditioned with quality furniture and polished floorboards throughout. Sleeps 11. No need for your car walk everywhere. Pet friendly

Perfect if you want a beach holiday where you don't have to pack all your gear into the car, drive to the best beach, unload gear etc....that's not a holiday! Here, you are five minutes walk from the beach and you can just pop 'home' for lunch or a siesta...no driving!
