Mooloomoon is a beautiful property nestled in native bushland on the banks of the Edward River walking distance from Moulamein, in southern NSW. Attractions include; fishing, a heritage listed shearing shed, a historical display and a large population of kangaroos. A small boat ramp is located on the property and a larger boat ramp is located 5 minutes away in Moulamein.

Locality

Moulamein is situated on the Edward River and is the oldest town in the Riverina. Attractions include a historical court house and police station which was erected in 1848 and is open to the public, a large centrally located lake ideal for water sports and a tennis and bowls club.
Mooloomoon is a 50 minute drive from Swan Hill, Victoria which has attractions such as the Murray Downs Golf and Country Club and the Pioneer Settlement.

Accommodation includes; 2 fully self contained deluxe cabins, 4 powered camping sites and 3 shearing quarters.
2 fully self contained deluxe cabins: 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), spa, heating/AC, TV, outdoor setting on deck, fully self contained kitchen and beautiful views of the Edward River. Bedroom 1 - double bed. Bedroom 2 - Bunk bed with single on top and double on bottom. Cabin 1 has extras such as BBQ and Pot Belly Stove. Linen provided.
4 powered camping/caravan: Sites have access to a river front BBQ area, toilets, laundry and shower block. Sites are $30/night.
Shearers Quarters: 3 x basic powered rooms with 2 x single beds. Shearers Quarters have access to a river front BBQ area, toilets, laundry and shower block. $20/night per bed. BYO linen.
