Bed & Breakfast

Just 4 hours north of Brisbane Golden Cane is a modern B&B situated close to all ammenities in Bargara.
Our guests rooms have a TV,fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. They also have their own entrance so that you can come and go as you like.
Relax by the salt water pool after a day of exploring the area. Enjoy time in our large guest lounge or select a magazine to read in our courtyard.
You can take a stroll to the beach,golf course or village.
Enjoy dining in some great restaurants as there are a wide variety of dining experiences.

Right from the phone call to the last minute you were wonderful, friendly, warm hosts. Keep up the great atmosphere.
We had a wonderful, relaxing Easter break. Exceptional Brekkie and very attentive hosts. It was beyond our expectations.

Thingd to see and do

Bargara is located at the bottom of the Great Barrier Reef. You can visit Lady Musgrave or Lady Elliot Islands. Your hosts can book your tour. Snorkelling off the beach is a great way to see the reef or diving. Fishing Chaters can also be arranged. Mon Repos the world renown Turtle hatchery is close by and can be visited from November to March. All water sports are catered for. Bush walking can also be enjoyed in our National Parks.

Climate

Bargara has the 5th best climate in the world and is great to visit at any time. You will be assured of a great holiday so come and join us. Norman and I (Lorraine) will endeavour to make your stay a memorable one
