The beautiful classic executive home has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including Balinese spa with glass roof to the stars, formal lounge, dining room, family room and tv room plus wide verandahs with views over the gorgeous clover leaf shaped pool with waterfall and gazebo.

All amenities are provided including gas BBQ, wireless internet, 2 DVD players and TVs, computer and printer, stereo, keyboard, games, induction stove, laundry facilities and all linen and bedding provided.

Banjup Sanctuary has been featured twice on Channel 9 television as a backdrop to their programmes.

The house is set in unique and unparalleled grounds of palms, natives and European trees with fountains and a sweeping circular drive. The property is widely acknowledged for its unusual beauty, lovingly landscaped over 25 years.

While in the property you would be forgiven for thinking you are in Margaret River, however, Banjup Sanctuary is only 4 minutes drive from Cockburn train station and Kwinana freeway, Atwell shops and the stores at South Central and 5 minutes from the large Gateway shopping centre. It is 15 minutes to the coast and 17 minutes to Perth City straight up the freeway. Perth airport is only 25 minutes away, again a dream run straight up the highways.
