In your apartment you have: an open plan living room looking out onto the gardens, fruit trees and vegetable garden, a flat screen TV with DVD, video player with DVD's and videos, board games, a CD music player, golf clubs for a practice hit, leather lounge, separate heating and cooling and a buffet cabinet with wine and champagne glasses.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals to eat at the dining table. A espresso coffee machine, plunger coffee and assortment of teas is provided. You have a picnic basket if you want to have a picnic lunch to dinner by the beach. The modern bathroom has complementary bathroom supplies. Your bedroom is luxurious with a queen size bed, full size wardrobe with a view overlooking your private courtyard where you can dine in comfort from the weather.
Our vineyard is in production of red and white wine with our wetlands attracting local birdlife. Have a drink or picnic by the wetlands and watch the sun set over the paddocks.
There is only one apartment on the property, besides the main house, so you have your own private entrance and no other people around to bother you.

Locality

Chatsworth Retreat is a 2 minutes drive to Balnarring Village Shopping. There is a strong sense of community in Balnarring. It is a safe environment without traffic lights.
We are a 3 minute drive from Balnarring Beach. This long shoreline in Western Port Bay attracts dolphins and seals who come to feed amongst the safe waters. You can see French and Philip Islands as you go for a stroll up the beach. There are never any crowds.
We are surrounded by wineries, restaurants, tavens and pubs for fine dining or casual eating. We can make a booking so you don’t miss out. If you want to cook for yourself at home we can stock your fridge with your desires.
The Balnarring Racecourse hosts family picnic races. We can pack a picnic basket if you wish. The Racecourse holds the Emu Plains Summer Craft Market on the third Saturday of every month between November and May. The Mornington Peninsula is known for its arts culture.
Every Sunday, the Bittern Market, attracts the trash and treasure hunters. You can also purchase fresh produce from our local growers.
From our property you can see COOLART HOMESTEAD famous for its wetlands and the annual Jazz Festival which you can hear at our place.
We are a 10 minute drive to the passenger ferries which run from Stony Point to French Island and Phillip Island. Phillip Island has those famous fairy penguins, while French Island has Australia's largest koala population.
We are a 30 minute drive to Cape Schanck which is right at the tip of Western Port Bay.
