Child and pet friendly self-contained 3 bedroom family house at Balnarring Beach (adjacent to Somers and Merricks beaches) Close to beach. Sleeps 8. Bathroom with bath and separate shower, outside shower and 2 separate toilets.
Large living area with wood and gas heating and airconditioner, comfortable lounge, cable TV, dining area and pool table.
Outdoor dining and relaxing.
Kitchen fully equipped for 8 people. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Pets are welcome. There will be a charge of $10 pn for pets, capped at $30 per week.
5 minute stroll to safe swimming beach, yacht club and general store.
15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to supermarket and village shops.
5 minute drive to Coolart Mansion, 10 minute drive to Point Leo surf beach.
Wineries, cafes, restaurants are just a short drive away.
Park with children's playground close to house.

One medium or 2 small dogs are permitted inside. Dogs must be kept off the furniture and are not allowed in the bedrooms. Guests must bring their pet's bedding.
