"My father enjoyed his stay very much. Walks along Balmoral beach followed by a bacon and egg bun from the Sandbar coffee shop was the perfect way to start the day. The flat has instant appeal with lots of light and a clear view of the water. Everything worked well and all the arrangements were simple to follow. I can thoroughly recommend it as value for money, particularly if you you are looking for a family stay.

"Older style apartment but so pleasant & quiet with a lovely view. Very comfortable beds, quality linen; extremely well equipped kitchen (if you want to cook that is!) with everything you could possibly want - even some great cooking magazines; comfortable couches and a pleasant outdoor balcony with BBQ. A few minutes from the gorgeous beach & top places to eat. Easy access to the city, ferries, zoo, etc. Greatly enjoyed! Payment & refund of deposit well managed."

"This is a great location, very close to the beach, nice views, and peaceful. Our family is 2 adults and 4 children, and the apartment was very comfortable, with helpful and friendly instructions provided for all amenities. It was our choice not to hire a car whilst in Sydney.There is only limited shopping and dining in the immediate vicinity, so a car would have been very convenient, although not absolutely essential, as there is an adequate bus service."
