Holiday apartment

Exciting two bedroom apartment located on the Harbour-front right at Birchgrove Wharf. There are views from all rooms where you can watch the ever-changing Harbour activity as well as a spectacular panorama from the roof-top deck that takes in all three of the Sydney's main bridges (Harbour, Anzac and Gladesville).

This excellent apartment is available for a family break or a long term booking depending on availability.

The travertine marble dining table seats 6 while the lounge has plasma TV, DVD and Foxtel. The two bedrooms both have queen beds, built-in wardrobes and ample storage.

The modern bathroom (with bath) and equally modern kitchen complete this delightful property. Wall oven, microwave and all other appliances enable you to prepare a simple snack or a dinner party with ease.

The ferry is literally at the bottom of the garden, there is a park within a 50 metre walk and the bus is within a 5 minute walk. Circular Quay is 8 minutes by fast peak hour ferry.

If you have fishing in mind you can fish from the garden area below the apartment block or hire a boat from Abbotsford and tie up nearby.

The apartment is fully equipped with all linen, as well as all kitchen and dining requirements.

Street parking is available and there is a parking permit to use if you have a car.
This is one of the best locations to see Sydney at its finest - including spectacular fireworks displays, sailing and ferry races. Walk to Balmain's large selection of restaurants, pubs and specialty shops. Take a short ferry or bus ride into the city or to Balmain itself which still has a village atmosphere and regular weekend markets.

Swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Enjoy a Sydney Harbour cruise or sample the great choices for meals and dinner at harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.
