Holiday house

Welcome to the Balmain Terrace Houses. It is just minutes from Balmain's strip shops, allowing you access to all of the restaurant and caf culture that Balmain has to offer. Balmain is also very close to Sydney CBD whilst still having a great village atmosphere.

This 2 bedroom property comes complete with modern furniture, fixtures and fittings. Including a DVD player, Cable TV (Foxtel), 42" Plasma Screen TV, Stereo System, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Air Conditioning; even a free selection of DVD's to watch. In fact everything is included right down to the towels and linen, all you need is your suitcase. If you are a family no problems these properties provide you with family living spaces complete with its own 42" Plasma Screen and DVD player. Alternatively perfect for executives providing a cost effective solution rather than staying in a hotel with each executive having there own private space. There is nothing that even comes close to the quality and standard in Balmain than the properties we offer, far and away the best accommodation offered in Balmain, we look forward to being of service.

Balmain is only 10 minutes into the CBD by Bus or 10 Minutes by Ferry at east Balmain, all shops cafe's are 1 minutes walk including pubs.
