LocalityGrandview Apartments are in East Ballina on a ridge overlooking the Pacific ocean and the Richmond River. The northern coast of NSW is becomming known for its tranquillity and pristine beaches, where you can be handy to Byron Bay, and the Gold Coast and yet return in the evening to sit on your balcony and enjoy the natural beauty of this superb stretch of coastline. Relax in the heated spa, or cool of in the pool. If you want a little more activity, hire a bike and try the coastal walkways/cycleways. If its fishing...easy fishing from the river where you'll hook bream and taylor or take one of the fishing and boating trips for larger catches.
If watching whales breaching from your apartment isn't close enough take one of the whale/dolphin boats for a closer look.
Farmers markets are a feature of the coast and hinterland, with abundant local produce.

Two Bedroom Apts: The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom can either be 2 singles or a queen bed. 2nd bathroom.

Grandview Apartments has varying rates depending on the time of year and the size of apartment. There are still vacancies for the Christmas/New Year season. This is our PEAK TARIFF season, with HIGH SEASON rates effective from Jan 13th, down to MID SEASON rates till mid February. LOW SEASON rates apply over the winter months.
Our 2 Deluxe Penthouses are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6.
Low season Feb22 to Sept30 (excl Easter & Hols) $265 per night.
Mid season Oct to Dec 12th $305 per night. Dec 13 to 19th is High Season $360 per night. Deluxe Penthouse Peak Season $500 per night with a 7 night minimum.
