Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Beachside Holiday Accommodation at Grandview Apartments in Ballina is just 200 meters to surf beach and cafes. Self Contained apartments with uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and the majestic Richmond River .

All apartments have two bathrooms with all linen provided, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Austar and Broadband are included in the tariff. Guests enjoy the swimming Pool and Heated Spa, and Gym. Lifts to all levels and underground secure Parking.

Relax on nearby pristine beaches, or enjoy Golf,water sports, or shopping. Tour the natural beauty of the semi-tropical Northern Rivers hinterland, or drive along the spectacular coastline road, past the best surfing beaches in Australia, to nearby Byron Bay just 20 minutes from Grandview.

Grandview is 10 minutes from Ballina/Byron Airport,and an hour from Coolangatta airport. We are an hour and a half from the Gold Coast theme parks, Grandview Ballina is your ultimate in deluxe beachside Ballina holidays.

Grandview Apartments are in East Ballina on a ridge overlooking the Pacific ocean and the Richmond River...On the northern coast of NSW which is becoming known for its tranquillity and pristine beaches. Easy to find on the Pacific Highway, 2- 3 hours from Brisbane or just 20 mins along the coast from Byron Bay. Grandview is an hour south of the Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta and an hour and a half from the Theme Parks. There is a natural beauty of this superb stretch of coastline, or you can explore the hinterland.

Grandview is your ideal Whale Watching point (June-Oct) with lookouts from just outside the complex, Lennox Heads (10 mins) and Byron Bay (20 mins). If watching whales breaching from your apartment isn't close enough take one of the whale/dolphin boats for a closer look.

Farmers markets are a feature of the coast and hinterland, with abundant local produce.
