"From the home made biscuits on arrival, to the comfy cabins,we were very happy with our 3 days at Woolmunda Park.
The combustion stove certainly kept us wonderfully warm.

"Woolmunda cottage is a wonderfull spot for the oldies to take their grandchildren. It is very cosy, comfortable and clean, affordable, relaxing and family friendly accommodation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the fire was great, heated the cottage beautifully. The bush behind the cottages with the old diggings gave the grandkids plenty to explore and they also had fun in the spar. This place was just right. "

"What a fantastic weekend. The accommodation was excellent - we were welcomed with a warm and cosy cottage with plenty of firewood to keep things going. The beds and bedding were divine... so cosy and comfortable. Although the weather was against us, the kids still managed to enjoy the outdoor space between showers and had plenty of dvd's etc.. to keep them occupied when it was too bad. We have to go back as it was too cold to try out the spa!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Woolmunda Park. Our cottage was lovely, with the fire crackling on arrival, super-comfy beds, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We received a warm welcome from Ken and then he left us to our own devices.

The cottage was very family-friendly. We brought our one-year old toddler, and there was a high chair and portcot there for him (he slept through both nights, which is testament to the quiet and comfy accomodation!!). The cottage is very toddler/baby friendly - it only took a few minutes to tuck away any power cords and everything else was good! We even found a box of toys tucked under one of the single beds, which was lovely.

We would have liked to make the most of the big new jacuzzi, but didn't get the chance.

We loved being able to walk around the property and feed/pat the sheep. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare our dinners & breakies, and a huge list of DVDs to borrow if we wished. We liked that the cottage was set away from towns so we had the feeling of 'getting away from it all', but there was a grocery store etc just up the road to get any supplies we needed.

All in all, a great get-away place for a very reasonable price!"

"We loved our stay at the Woolmunda Park Cottages. The location was perfect, not too far from Ballarat. But it was peaceful and quiet.
The cottage was set up perfectly with home made scones waiting for us and ample supplies for the fire, which made the cottage very cosy.
It was very good value for money and we have recommended it to all our friends and family who are very keen to visit."
