Situated in our private rear garden, quiet and private with your own private outdoor sitting area and gas Bar-B-Que. 50 Meters to Bus Stop, 1 Klm Shopping Centre, 1 1/2 Klms to Lake Wendouree and Botanical Gardens, 5 Klms Sovereign Hill. 90 minutes drive to The Grampians. 40 minutes to Daylesford.

The accomadation had everything required for a short or long stay. When we arrived we were greeted and showed around the premises by the hosts. The hosts were great and the accomodation was lovely and clean. I would stay here again and would strongly recommend that if you need a place to stay that has all amenties and for a great price then this is the place to stay.
