Centrally located only 1km to Ballarats famous "Sovereign Hill". Also a short stroll to the Eureka Centre and the Ballarat Wildlife Park. Or an even shorter stroll into the city to enjoy our fabulous range of shops, cafes, galleries etc. Winery tours can also be arrange where you will be taken on a private tour of the regions finest wineries and be picked up and dropped off at your front door.

Property

This heritage listed property was the first bluestone residence built on the Ballarat goldfields and is the only one still remaining. Today the cottage stands transformed into a luxurious, private escape where you will want to return again and again. Pets are allowed inside the property but we request that you provide own bedding and not allow pets on furniture or bed. Yard is fully secure, water bowl provided. Close to park for runs. Pets need to be confirmed by owner prior to stay.
