Cottage, Holiday house

The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 queen and 1 twin room and is fully appointed with all modern conveniences.It boasts a roaring open fire for cosy Ballarat nights and Central Heating is also provided.
The separate bathroom has a large shower and bath.It is ideal for couples wishing to share a weekend away, wedding groups and children are also welcome.

Locality

The property is within walking distance to the main city and is on the Melbourne side of town.It is also very close to Sovereign Hill,The Eureka Precinct, Lake Wendouree and the Botanical Gardens.Several golf courses are close by too. Other regional areas close by are Central Victorian Wineries, Avoca, Daylesford and the spa region and Castlemaine, Maldon and Geelong are all within an hour's drive.
