Ballarat Views is a Modern Architecture Design Sole use Holiday Home with beautiful 180 degree views over the city in quiet court location.

Your Holiday Home comes complete with Four Bedrooms, Gym, Two Bathrooms with Bath & Shower, Open Plan Living with Large Breakfast Bench in the kitchen all overlooking the stunning views from all areas.

The Master Bedroom has a built in Plasma TV & ensuite upstairs & three further bedrooms with Gym are located on the ground floor, Gas log fire upstairs in the lounge area & a second area with Plasma TV for a childrens retreat.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with two perfect areas for outdoor entertaining & BBQ area.

We are located only 800m from Soveriegn Hill and opposite a lovely Park complete with a Playground area for children.

Ballarat Views is the perfect Business / Corporate Getaway or Family Escape.
