Holiday house

Ballarat Family Accommodation is fully appointed with all modern conveniences, and boasts central heating and separate gas heating and air conditioning, both upstairs and downstairs.

There are three bedrooms:
Main bedroom - Queen size bed with an ensuite a full size spa bath, toilet and shower

Second bedroom - Double bed with easy access to own bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet

Third bedroom - Double bed and three single beds in a bunk configuration

Ballarat Family Accommodation offers a large open plan living area and provides a fully equipped kitchen, fully functional laundry, three toilets, dining room, an outdoor undercover area with BBQ facilities and a large fully enclosed yard with facilities for children to play including a covered sandpit, cubby house, swing and slide set and adventure playground.
