Three spacious King/Twin bedded en-suite air-conditioned rooms, all have French doors opening onto a personal area of verandah with table and chairs. Enjoy a morning cuppa watching birds flit through the roses and fruit trees.

Large rooms offer comfort and privacy, with stylish en-suite facilities. All have hotel quality ensembles with luxury manchester, r/c air con, ceiling fans, digital TV & radio, DVD, fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Relax with a sundowner (BYO) on our huge rear verandah or recline in our spa and enjoy the stunning views of Balingup and surrounding countryside. On long winter nights relax in our guest lounge and in the warmth of our wood fire burner.

Take in the atmospheric misty morning views over a hearty home-cooked full English breakfast, plus local fresh fruit and yoghurt, home made bread, marmalades and jams, with fresh filter coffee and a wide range of teas to choose from.

Balingup is the gateway to the Blackwood River Valley, a leisurely 2½ hour drive, just 250km south of Perth.

Suitable only for persons with limited mobility but not wheelchair users.

With the exception of 2 very shallow steps from the driveway to the entrance, there are no steps within the house. There is a small lip to the front entrance, at all French Doors opening onto the verandahs, and to showers.
The entrance hallway, bedrooms, open-plan guest lounge and dining room, and verandahs are all very spacious.

Adult retreat

Tranquil and quiet with no interruptions.

We have 3 guest bedrooms and prefer adult only bookings. We do not take bookings with children once an "Adult Only" booking has been confirmed. Please state on your enquiry you are looking for an Adult Only stay.
Guest rooms are private with en-suite and tea and coffee facilities, and have French Doors leading to their own personal area of verandah, with outdoor seating, outside their room.
We have a BYO licence.

Our garden and surrounds abound with bird life, including the ever popular Blue Wren. Eagles can be seen gliding in the thermals over the valley. Come and spot Black Shouldered Kites and the infamous Red Tailed Black Cockatoos.
