Jalbrook, the premier inland retreat with superbly appointed deluxe rammed earth cottages overlooking Balingup Brook and adjacent to the Bibbulmun Track is a very picteresque working alpaca farm.Surrounded by towering eucalypts,wattles and poplars the brook meanders around the property to provide a stunning backdrop from all the cottages. Spacious,light and airy with great water views they are the perfect choice as a getaway.
Rosella and Ibis "couples only" cottages with kingsize beds, crackling log fires,steaming candlelit outdoor hotub spa high amongst the treetops in very private gazebos ensure the ultimate romantic retreat.Wander through the beautiful parkland gardens to meet our gentle exquisite resident alpacas and be captivated with the abundant birdlife.A breakfast basket is provided for your first morning and the papers are delivered daily. The hardest thing you will have to do is leave.

Jalbrook is located one km from the village centre and is an easy stroll to visit the many galleries,cafes, and french pattisserie. For walkers we are right on the Bibbulmun Track and have a crossing that links you to the track. We also do complimentary track drop offs. Balingup in the heart of the Blackwood River Valley has some of the best scenic drives and walks in the region. With great small botique vineyards,our own cheese company,local festivals,stunning gardens and so much more to offer this a must visit destination. Balinup's top spot Jalbrook is the perfect place to relax,rejuvenate and explore this diverse region.

Jalbrook, on 10 acres of parkland gardens is the venue for the Jalbrook Concert.
The natural ampitheatre surrounded by Balingup Brook provides the perfect setting for this night of concert magic.The Jalbrook Balingup concert is one of the premier events in the South West and is a must on your social calendar.This annual event is held on the last Saturday of each November.
