This house is situated approximately 65km's north of Townsville. It is a short stroll across the grass to about 10k's of beautiful beach that your dog will just love. if you are lucky you might see another person there, but rest assured they will wave and probably want a chat. Walk to the left along the beach for about 3ks to the best fish and chip shop in North Queensland, or wander to the right until you just get too tired to go any further. There is also a boat ramp close by and the fishing is fantastic, from the Rollingstone Creek as well as from the ocean. The Mystic Sands Golf Resort is also only a short walk away and if you don't like ocean swimming there is a pool and tennis courts available for a very small fee.
The house itself has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and there is a bungalow with another bedroom and bathroom. There is a double garage, a secure room for a boat and plenty of parking for a caravan or more cars. The yard is secure for dogs. The area also offers lots of bushwalks, waterfalls, easy access to the Great Barrier Reef and lots of other tourist attractions.
LocalityWe are approximately 3 1/2 hours south of Cairns and 45 minutes north of Townsville.
