3 bedroom, carpeted and airconditioned older Darwin home ideal for holiday accommodation. located in one of Darwins quieter northern suburbs. Also dining room, kitchen with fridge,oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, grill, lounge/TV room with satellite & digital television, bathroom and separate toilet facilities and a large, covered outdoor verandah.
Owners live in downstairs apartment totally separate from upstairs house.
There is also a BBQ and a large saltwater swimming pool.
LocalityClose to shops & public transport and ideal base for Top End touring. Litchfield National Park is just over an hour away. If you are planning to visit Kakadu or the Katherine Gorge an overnight stay is recommended. Darwin itself offers a number of musuems and galleries and you can take in Darwin's World War 2 history, our ties with the Chinese and learn more about Cyclone Tracey. PropertyPlenty of space,quiet,comfortable and private.House is Non Smoking. Ideal for relaxing with friends however the property is not suitable for party activity.
