3.5 star motel in attractive private setting, comfortable rooms (deluxe and family) with all facilities including Austar (sport and movies), direct dial phones, dvds, bar/dining room with pool table and swimming pool/bbq. Short stroll to local restaurants and bowling club,and 800 metres to shopping centre.

Locality

Drive 200 kms up the Hume Freeway. Take the first Benalla turnoff, we're the last motel on the right before the bridge. Coming from Sydney/Canberra, take the first Benalla turn off, cross the bridge and we're the first motel on the left you come to.

Close to the Railway station - make arrangements and we'll collect you.

Property

Benalla is the home of the Weary Dunlop Statue (set in the famous Rose Gardens). The Avondel is a short stroll through the Gardens to the Benalla Art Gallery, the Ned Kelly museum and the Info Centre. If feeling energetic, walk around the Lake. We are also only a 10 minute drive to the renowned Winton Motor Raceway.
