Family Accommodation "Fantastic Views Plus In-Ground Pool " - 5 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10.
2 storey five bedroom house with majestic beach and ocean views - five minute walk to the beach. Older style but light and airy. Air Conditioned upstairs (living area only).
Upstairs Level: Main bedroom has queen bed with ocean and lake views. Bedroom 2 has queen bed with ensuite. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds plus direct access to bathroom. New bathroom with shower and toilet. Entry from carport in on this level. Lounge has reverse cycle air conditioning , 50" Plasma HD TV (Foxtel IQ platinum package), DVD and CD player.
New bathroom has shower and toilet.
Downstairs level has queen bed in bedroom 4, TV and DVD. Bedroom 5 has two singles.
The kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. . Separate dining area. Undercover balcony.
Bathroom downstairs has a bath, shower and toilet.
Sparkling inground salt water pool with outdoor lounges, table and chairs. Terrace area on downstairs level has gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting, outdoor lounges, coffee table, outdoor chairs and large umbrellas.
The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer and an extra toilet. Under cover parking for two cars.
Please note: NO PARTIES, BUCKS CELEBRATIONS, or EXTRA PEOPLE. Breach of this Condition will mean immediate termination and no refund of payments or bond.
