Self contained cabin on rural property in a quiet valley two kilometres from the beach. Short walk to Hotel, Bowling club and two restaurants.

The Barn is a large modern two bedroom cabin with mezzanine level and large covered deck with BBQ

Avoca Beach is only 80 minutes drive north of Sydney. The Barn is perfect for a competetively priced family holiday in a secluded rural setting only two minutes drive from the beach.

Avoca Beach is one of the gems of the Central Coast Australia. Majestically fringed by a magnificent beach on the one hand and the waters of a beautiful lake on the other. Avoca Beach enjoys a wide popularity as a holiday resort. Rileys cabin is nestled in four acres of eucalypt forest only two minutes drive from the beach.

At either end of the sweeping Avoca bay, jutting rocks are noted as one of the safest rock fishing grounds on the East Coast. Among the flanking hills, there are delightful walks offering glorious panoramic views from the vantage points.
Nearby are two magnificent coastal National Parks.
