Great family house with views from front deck of lake and beach. Large kitchen and dining table. One minute flat walk to beach. Large back yard.

Four to five bedroom house which sleeps thirteen people. Two living areas, one upstairs, and one large rumpus room downstairs, which can become the fifth bedroom with an extra shower and toilet, plus another shower in the laundry. There are three televisions and two DVD players.

Bedroom one has a queen size bed with ensuite. Bedroom two, has a queen. Bedroom three, has two sets of bunks. Downstairs bedroom four has a double bed with single on top and one set of bunks. Futon in rumpus. Large bathroom with shower and bath plus separate toilet upstairs.

BBQ on front deck. Wood BBQ off back deck. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher. Large deck at front with outdoor furniture. Double lock up garage. Great family accommodation across the road from beach, lake and playground.
