Avoca Beach Family Accommodation - 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10.

This great four bedroom air conditioned house with magical views of Avoca Beach is situated in the bowl area, a short flat walk to Avoca Beach from Ascot Avenue.

This property will sleep 10. There are decks on each level of this split level house. On the top deck there is an outdoor setting which will extend and is partially undercover with a barbeque.

Kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. There is a large television and DVD in the living area upstairs.

Downstairs rumpus has a television and DVD. The lower deck has a table tennis table with bats and balls supplied. The property fronts Ascot Avenue which allows for the short flat walk to the beach.

Upstairs there is a queen size bed and bedroom two has a cantilever bed with a trundle also.

Main bathroom upstairs has a bath. Downstairs has two bedrooms, a futon queen and two single beds in the 4th bedroom. Bathroom downstairs has a shower. There is also an extra shower and toilet in the laundry. Laundry has washing machine and dryer. Off street Parking for 3 cars.
