"A great atmosphere and surroundings. We enjoyed the native fauna and flora with daily visits from water dragons, kookaburras that the children could even pat and others. The tennis court was fun too.
The only drawback was the villa's lack of ceiling which meant there was no privacy. Our sons could not sleep at night as the sound of the TV ricocheted directly into their room, no matter how low we put the sound.If you don't mind that close feeling or your childless then highly recommended."

"The villa we stayed in was beautiful,it was very clean and spacious,the views from the balcony,it was so quiet and peaceful it was like we were the only ones there.Avoca Beach is in close proximity to The Entrance,Toukley, the beach,lake,shopping centre.I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a holiday on the central coast.The Customer Service i received from Melissa was excellent she was very polite and extremely helpful,nothing was too much of a bother.Melissa is a credit to her employer. "We were in Avoca to attend a wedding so thought the villas would be great for us to share with our daughter and her fiance. The villas are in a nice tranquil setting - but are very tired. They really need sprucing up and do not really suit 2 couples. The resort itself is in a good location we were able to walk to the shops and beach in about 15 mins. "
