ROCKPOOL COTTAGE - HAB

Family Accommodation "Close To Beach - Rockpool Cottage" - 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 9.

Charming, three bedroom cottage with filtered water views, only a three minute walk from the sands of Avoca Beach.

There are two bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has a king size bed with single on top. Main bathroom is upstairs, with adjoining laundry.

The downstairs bedroom has its own external access and has a queen bed plus one set of bunks. Sunny but functional, this bedroom is ideal for teenagers. Adjacent to the downstairs bedroom is a second bathroom with shower and toilet - perfect after the beach!

The cottage has a large entertainers balcony with dress circle outlook, outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. Private and pleasant with relaxing garden views. Kitchen features De Longhi appliances including dishwasher and microwave.

There is a television, video and DVD. A short, flat three-minute walk across the park gets you to the beach. Combustion fire in living area (wood provided). Off street parking for two cars. Fabulous cottage for those lazy Avoca summer days.

Please note: NO PARTIES, BUCKS CELEBRATIONS, or EXTRA PEOPLE. Breach of this Condition will mean immediate termination and no refund of payments or bond.
