Family Beachfront Accommodation "Rear Cottage on Beachfront" - 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8. There are views from the balcony.
Delightful three bedroom cottage situated at the rear of the Avoca beachfront. Access to the beach via nearby pathway. Enjoy the sea breezes on the large entertaining deck (upstairs) with some views of the beach.
Two bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs. Bedroom one has a Queen size bed. Bedroom two, two singles that can be put together to make a double bed. Bedroom three, has three single beds plus a trundle. Ceiling fans. Two bathrooms - main bathroom has a shower, bath and separate toilet (upstairs) and has been recently renovated. Downstairs has extra toilet and shower in the laundry.
Lounge/dining area has television, DVD player and polished wooden floors. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher. There is a games room downstairs with ping pong table. Outdoor furniture and BBQ on sunny deck. Off street parking for three cars. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
Great family home, superbly located at Avoca Beach.
Please note: NO PARTIES, BUCKS CELEBRATIONS, or EXTRA PEOPLE. Breach of this Condition will mean immediate termination and no refund of payments or bond.
