Very comfortable downstairs absolute beachfront unit in a popular block. This particular unit has unsurpassed views of Avoca Beach. Fresh and cool with a tiled living area leading onto the open plan kitchen.
Main bedroom has a double size bed. The second bedroom has one set of bunks plus a double trundle. Lounge room has a television and DVD. Internal laundry has a washing machine. There is a small outdoor setting. Kitchen has microwave. Parking off street for one car only. Small BBQ for own use.
Bond - Credit card imprint required at check.
Please note: NO PARTIES, BUCKS CELEBRATIONS, or EXTRA PEOPLE. Breach of this condition will mean immediate termination and no refund of payments or bond.
