MARESE 10 HAB This unit is positioned on Avoca Beachfront in a prime position. It has fantastic views of Avoca Beach. Sleeps up to 6 people.
Bright and airy, this unit has a great 'beachy' feel and is perfect for that family holiday.
Sitting on the top level of the block, the unit has a great balcony overlooking the beach with outdoor furniture.
Bathroom has shower, bath and toilet.
Functional and modern the kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave. Laundry has a washing machine, dryer and another toilet.
Main bedroom has a queen size bed, Bedroom two has two singles plus two trundles.
Bond - credit card imprint on arrival.
