Avoca Beach Family Accommodation - four minutes to Beach - three Bedrooms, Sleeps eight.

This chic, open-plan residence is ideally positioned at the popular south end of Avoca Beach and only a four minute walk to the sand.

Wake up to birdsong in this tastefully decorated townhouse which is light, bright and catches those north-easterly breezes.

Nestled amongst leafy surrounds, the property affords filtered water views and bi-fold doors opening onto a large entertainment deck with vergola and BBQ.

Accommodating 8 people, the main bedroom offers a queen bed with views to Terrigal and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedrooom accommodates four people via double bunks.

There are ceiling fans throughout, white plantation shutters on all windows and three televisions equipped with Foxtel; two of which also have DVDs. There is under cover parking for two cars (including one lock-up garage).
