5 Bedroom house, Sleeps 10 - Short walk down Austral Ave (not the stairs) to beach - 3 levels with observation deck.

This five bedroom house is in a fabulous position and features an observation deck with views from one end of the coast to the other. It is a beautifully furnished and presented tri-level home with acces to the beach via Austral Avenue.

Main bedroom has a queen size mattress latex bed, lcd television and ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Bedroom three has a king single and single bed. Bedroom four has a king single and single bed and bedroom five has two single beds plus a small television and DVD player.

All bedrooms are on the one level, with a completely separate shower, toilet and vanity at the end of the hall.

Staircase to downstairs living areas. Lounge room has a television and DVD. Large living area opens onto a fabulous deck from a family and dining room. Kitchen has dishwasher and microwave.

Great deck with barbecue, outdoor furniture and umbrella. Fully equipped laundry. Parking off street for three cars. Linen can be hired from the Avoca Beach Laundrette at an extra charge and also beds may be made up for an extra charge.

Please note: NO PARTIES, BUCKS CELEBRATIONS, or EXTRA PEOPLE. Breach of this Condition will mean immediate termination and no refund of payments or bond.
