This tastefully furnished 4 bedroom home can accommodate up to 12 people. There is a pathway across the road to the beach (which is an easy stroll). Filtered views from the multi-level home.

2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. Large entertaining deck with BBQ and outdoor setting. 2 TVs and a DVD player. Table tennis table in the rumpus room. Modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a set of bunks and 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. There is a sofa bed in the rumpus room as well. 2 car garage + off street parking.

Please note: NO PARTIES, BUCKS CELEBRATIONS, or EXTRA PEOPLE. Breach of this Condition will mean immediate termination and no refund of payments or bond.
