The Master bedroom has a queen bed with an additional sofa that doubles into a 2nd bed if needed. The 2nd room also has 2 king single beds
The main living level of the house has a huge Kitchen/Dining/living area which looks out over Avalon Beach and also the local shops. There is also Foxtel TV which can be viewed on the large Plasma screen TV as well as a desk top computer connected to the internet. For those who have a lap top, there is also wireless internet access within the property.
The lower level of the property has a laundry, a private secure garage and a 2nd shower which is ideal for washing the sand and salt off from a day at the beach.
