The Master bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent nursery room with a cot and trundle bed which is ideal for younger children. There is also a 3rd room in the house with a single bed.

The main living level of the house has a huge KitchenDiningliving area which looks out over Avalon Beach and also the local shops.

There is also Foxtel TV which can be viewed on the large Plasma screen TV as well as a desk top computer connected to the internet. For those who have a lap top, there is also wireless internet access within the property.

The lower level of the property has a laundry, a private secure garage and a 2nd shower which is ideal for washing the sand and salt off from a day at the beach.

With the beach and shops literally 50m from the front door, you would be hard pressed to find another location in Avalon offering all of this. Perfect for families wanting to enjoy the spoils of Avalon.
