Skillion House features a spacious open plan living and dining area leading onto a huge timber deck overlooking the tranquil palm garden. With a mains gas barbecue, large communal table and comfortable lounge chairs, the deck functions as an outdoor living room. Perfect for entertaining while the children play in the cubbyhouse or watch a movie inside. The master bedroom, complete with ensuite and queen size bed, leads onto the timber entertaining deck with views through to the palm garden. There are 2 more bedrooms in the house one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds either side of the main bathroom making it ideal for families or two couples.







The house is very low maintenance and is fitted with all the modern conveniences including wireless internet access and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning ensuring comfort in all seasons.
