Pittwater & Hawkesbury waterways that offer great fishing, boating,waterskiing are moments away. Barrenjoey Light house and plenty of fantastic surf breaks.
Its only a short walk to Avalon 9 hole golf course and surf club, family friendly clubs, skate park and Dunbar Park.
Short drivebike ride to Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Pittwater.
