Holiday house

Brand new Architect designed renovation of freestanding beach house with lovely outlook in garden setting.

Located in the village, on a large block of land and surrounded by tall eucalypts. Elouera Rd is one of Avalon's most beautiful streets.

Designed in the style of the traditional northern beaches weekender, with polished timber floors, skylights and wrap around windows to give a bright, airy feeling. The queen sized wall bed folds away to maximise usable floor space during the day. The Corian kitchen has an electric induction cooktop, and the fully tiled shower room has a heated floor and heated towel rail. North facing balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. All furnishings are brand new.

Located within 600m of the beach, and within very easy walking distance of excellent restaurants and shops. Close to a number of beaches, golf courses, bushwalks, coastal walks, surfing, kite surfing, fishing... Close to Pittwater, one of the best sailing venues in Australia.

Suit single or couple, can sleep 2 children on the queen sized night-and-day lounge. Kiddies very welcome.

No on-site parking, but plenty of on-street parking directly in front of the house.
No smoking in or on the premises please.
Sorry no pets - we have an old people-friendly Staffie that has access to all of the grounds.
Internet access can be provided.
