Careel Cottage is a great 4 bedroom family home with swimming pool nestled away in Nth Avalon.
Situated less than 2 minutes from both Avalon and Whale Beach, Careel Cottage is the ideal house for a family wanting a perfect family holiday location.
The Master bedroom comes with a large ensuite and corner bath and WIR. There are 3 other bedrooms on the top level of the house as well as a rumpus room ideal for the children when they want to have some time out.
The lower level of the house has all the entertaining areas as well as the Kitchen, Dining and living rooms. The living and dining room opens out onto the back deck and the swimming pool making a fantastic indoor outdoor living area with a gas BBQ outside as well for cooking up a feast.
The swimming pool has solar heating which makes it just that little more comfortable in summer and there is a great lawn area for the children to play in with a slide and trampoline.
