Situated overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Bangallys is one of the premier family holiday houses in the area.
Wake up to the first rays from the morning sun from the fantastic Master King Bedroom overlooking the ocean. Stand on the balcony and welcome in the new day. There are 3 more bedrooms on the top level of the house as well as an office for those who just can't escape work.
The Middle level opens out onto the front deck and level garden. Great for families with children as there is a very good lawn for them to play on whilst under the watchful eye of the adults. The Kitchen and Dining room flow onto a fantastic lounge area. There is also a breakfast room and a full TV room as well for those wanting to relax.
The lower level of the house has a separate 1 bedroom self contained flat with both internal and external access. Ideal for a nanny or adult children who want to come and go without disturbing the family or for some grand parents who come out for a holiday as well.
There is also a double lock up internal access garage to allow easy access to the house.
The swimming pool is a huge bonus for the house. Bathed in the warmth of the afternoon sun, it is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the warmth of the summer sun and splash out with the family.
Bangallys is a terrific house located within minutes of Avalon Beach and Shops and it perfect for those wanting a relaxing summer beach holiday. There are very few 5 bedroom houses in the area and one of such quality is always very popular.
