Bangalley Cottage is located just minutes from North Avalon Beach. Enjoy a scenic 15 minute walk to North Avalon Beach or Careel Headland or a two minute drive to Palm Beach.

The interior of Bangalley Cottage is decorated with a relaxed beach feel and comprises of a spacious open plan living area, large kitchen, three bedrooms, modern bathroom and ensuite and internal laundry.

The living area features lime wash timber floor boards, dining for ten, two three-seater sofas, LCD TV, PlayStation 3, stereo with iPod dock and gas heater.

The kitchen is well equipped with premium stainless steel appliances such as dishwasher, oven and gas cooktop and microwave.

Prefect for entertaining, the kitchen flows out to the timber deck through bi-fold doors and includes an outdoor setting for six with umbrella and gas BBQ. Relax at home while the children play table tennis or on the trampoline.

The master bedroom, complete with queen size bed, ensuite and built-in robes, flows onto its own courtyard through French doors. The second bedroom features a double bed.

The children will love the third bedroom complete with a single bed and trundle, double bunks, LCD TV and DVD player. The living area and bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. This child friendly home is ideal for families or two couples and sleeps up to 8.

The laundry is situated in the downstairs bathroom and includes a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer.

Bangally Cottage is located in tree lined streets of residential North Avalon, just minutes from Pittwater, Whale Beach and Palm Beach (the jewel of the northern beaches). Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the breathtaking Careel Bay Headland; a walking track and boardwalk provide public access for walkers and bird watching enthusiasts.
